  Citizendium - an online wiki-based encyclopedia that does not allow anonymous editing and has an "editor" role for specialists in particular subjects.
  Enciclopedia Libre Universal en Español – a Spanish language fork of Wikipedia.
  Scholarpedia- A small wiki, with less than 100 articles, that is written by professionals in their field. For example, an article on neurons would be written by a famous neurosuregeon.
