Buzz Log is a service developed by Yahoo! to draw conclusions based on data taken from the Yahoo search engine. Each week the Buzz Log is updated with the latest search data and correlations to various real world occurrences. For example, movies are often listed in terms of their ranking at the box office, and the percent increase in searches during that week. Several other feature articles draw conclusions about search data and serve as commentary for the results. Many users find the Buzz Log a good way to keep up with what's going on, both online and in the real world.
